Where you'll work Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst has responsibility to perform various complex analyses and studies to drive Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement. This role is heavily data-dependent and requires an individual with demonstrated ability for advanced analytics, reporting, data management, and project management skills. The successful candidate must learn the capabilities of the various processes and product characteristics to provide optimum solutions. You will mine data from various sources on a daily and weekly basis and uses the Microsoft Suite of products to develop and display the information accurately and clearly. As a developmental position, the person who fills this role will have the opportunity to learn and increase responsibility, while maintaining solid performance with accurate results. This position is an integral part of the S&OP process and thus the successful candidate creates, fosters and manages relationships with business partners at all organizational levels within the business and facilities to support internal customers of supply chain services. What you'll do You will have the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of supply chain planning and operations support to become the subject matter expert and ensure progression to the next level in career path. It's exciting that you will also work with the supply chain manager on an annual basis to improve and populate Demand, Supply and inventory models and gain buy-in from key stake holders. Monitor throughout the year and report on variances to budget. In addition to that, you will also: Develop and prepare presentations for the monthly S&OP meetings in a clear and succinct manner to help identify, initiate, support and drive improvements in the S&OP process. Initiate, support and independently manage continuous improvement projects from start to finish in compliance to industry best practices. Mine data from various sources on a daily and weekly basis and make use of the Microsoft Office suite of products to develop and display information accurately and clearly. Perform and present scenario analyses, with the appropriate financial backup, to help identify exceptions and concerns, as well as alternative solutions to ongoing business concerns. What you'll need Bachelor degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing. The absolute ideal candidate would have strong project management skills. You will need to have good expertise with MS Excel, Powerpoint, and ERP Systems. APICS (CPIM/CSCP) and SAP would be a plus.
