Lead Resource and Portfolio Management for the Biscuits AMEA Category. Leading the RAMP process for the AMEA Biscuits Category, utilizing high quality data from the BUs and Platforms to make recommendations to prioritize and flow resources most effectively across our organization. Provide critical inputs to the overall RDQ RAMP process to help drive effective resource management to ensure growth sufficency to deliver strategic plan. Make recommendations on tough resource choices with courage to leave “good” ideas on the table to ensure we are managing a balanced portfolio in a context of 5 BUs. 2. Leads the development and management of the AMEA Biscuits RDQ category Budget - including planning of people and non-people budgets, monthly forecasts and communication of risks/ opportuntities throughout the year. 3. Support PAM/ MOR/PMR Biscuits AMEA Functional preparations each month, and identify platforms synergies .As well as Provide R&D perspective and influence during creation of category strategy; align and track resource (people and budget) requirements needed to deliver business plan. 4. Partner with the Category HRBPs to drive to an efficient and effective RDQ organization across Regional and Platform activities. 5. The role is chief of staff to the AMEA Biscuits Director and highly strategic in nature. In this capacity the incumbent will 1) help ensure facilitation of AMEA Biscuits LT Forum 2) and delivery of key specific timely initatives : 2.a )Internal , such as innovation day , design and manage agendas for key senior leadership visits, be the GPTW site lead to drive site engagement (such as townhalls etc.), and 2.b) suppliers interactions or development accelarators. Qualifications Minimum BS in Food Science, food Engineering or equivalent.8 years of experience Experience of project & portfolio management, budgeting & resource planning across platforms & /or technology programs. Strategic thinker with drive for results. Collaborator who can work effectively across functions and geographies and deliver in an ambiguous and complex work environment, including working globally with remote partners, strong communication, networking & influencing skills.
