Verkter is part of a Lithuanian company “UAB Irankiai.lt”, operating in the tool and garden equipment e-commerce retail section. Our operational field consists of Baltic and Nordic countries and our clients consist of both private persons and businesses’. Due to the growth of our company, we have launched a strategic partnership with a Lithuanian company Baldai1.lt. So we help each other on a daily basis. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage client inquiries and questions, tasks in our order management systems and to handle duties for upper management for both companies in a 50/50 ratio. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Good language skills in Finnish and Estonian Ability to communicate in English Knowledge of MS Office Willingness to relocate to Vilnius for the first 6 months The candidate will be working in our Vilnius office, at least for the first 6 months. After that, there is a possibility to conduct the work in Tallinn, although we would appreciate the willingness to be a full member of our Vilnius team.
