Controlled materials analyst, Your future position? As a controlled materials Analyst in Givaudan based in CDMX you will be key in providing advanced regulatory support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all controlled substances regulations requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines. Core Responsibilities: Regulatory support Update on new regulations. Provide the necessary and corresponding training to the personnel in Controlled Substances. Assist regulatory managers as assigned. Identify issues and provide appropriate solutions. Processes and Systems Management Develop and implement routine processes. Maintain and manage request logs. Establish work instructions regarding the handling of controlled substances. Ensure the correct import and purchase of controlled substances in the market. Monitoring compliance with laws and procedures in the operation of controlled substances. Internal evaluations of understanding and knowledge of the procedure. Control and administration of documents. Establish and monitor the appropriate procedures to avoid sending controlled substances. Key requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Biological, Chemical, QFB, Engineering, Biochemistry or Law. From 3 to 5 years of experience in food or flavour regulatory affairs and background in handling controlled substances. Advanced English Knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements in controlled substances. Knowledge about national and global regulations of controlled chemicals. Thorough understanding of components of appropriate business processes and internal systems. Knowledge of assigned customer specific requirements. Proficient in regulatory systems.
