Associate Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive - Your future position?Location: Thailand and IndoChina (Including Myanmar, KH, Laos) Core ResponsibilitiesEngage with sales and technical teams, providing marketing supports (proactive & reactive) to strengthen Givaudan business (building the pipelines and maximizing the win rate)• Engage on customer briefs (where suitable) and support on marketing requests • Lead development of local product with relevant brand concepts and strong reason to believe, presenting to customers • Organize and coordinate the promotional activities and all materials• Plan, coordinate and execute key customer visits in relation to marketing activities• Monitor and analyse the feedback of all activities to improve the efficiency of marketing supports• Support Marketing Manager in the development of trends, capabilities and innovation presentations and adapt to maximize local relevance Support Innovation Programs• Support innovation process by providing the commercialization effort at a local level through effective partnering with regional team• Ensure that products are relevant for the local markets in terms of consumers’ needs, performance, cost-effectiveness, and profitability• Partner with sales & technical team to deliver the solutions and customer presentations related to our capabilities / technologies • Work with Marketing Manager on marketing programs to support new innovations relevant to local market needs such as Trek, Market immersion, consumer research Build Market Understanding• Develops deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer insights, and customers’ brands• Becomes local category expert, through analysis of consumer trends and insights, customer products/ brands, growth rates, shares, new product launches and competitive landscape• Work with Marketing Manager on market analysis and identify areas of opportunity and establish a competitive advantage for the company and customers You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
