RESPONSIBILITIES
Support our Operations & Supply Chain Management team both as the person responsible for the quality management system and in projects in the production environment, such as optimizing production processes or planning new production facilities.
In your new role you will lead and develop the quality management system of BASF 3D Printing Solutions GmbH and implement QM standards for the company, in regular exchange with other BASF sites.
You will be responsible for the administration, documentation, and documentation control for the QM system.
You will prepare training documents and conduct training on the QM system for all quality-related procedures and tasks.
In addition, you will be responsible for planning and conducting internal and external system, process, supplier, and customer audits and will provide support in conducting management reviews.
Furthermore, the project management in the production environment as well as the design support and improvement of production facilities are part of your tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
completed studies in chemical engineering, process engineering or mechanical engineering
extensive professional experience in quality management and experience in implementing technical projects
solid knowledge of quality management systems and chemical engineering
experienced handling of project management software and document management
effective communication in German and English
high motivation to achieve success together as a team
entrepreneurial thinking and acting
