The role is based in the centre of Kingston, where you have a wide selection of shops, cafés and restaurants at your fingertips. The office is home to a restaurant, a fruit and ice-cream bar, and a subsidised shop offering a selection of our Unilever products.

The SKU Simplification Data and Engagement Specialist partners with the business teams within all Markets to implement the global product roadmap for data driven SKU Simplification and all supporting data and analytics capabilities. This role requires direct engagement with the stakeholders (WL 2 and 3) with multiple processes and ensure that the data readiness for implementing the Global Product for SKU Simplification is landed within the Markets.
This job also requires reviewing the data preparedness of Markets, ensuring the first level of change impact assessment completed by the business teams are analysed and signed off by end stakeholder, liaise with internal stakeholders on agile development of the product and provide solutions, plan for resources, and implement the changes within agreed deadlines to ensure that the business needs are met with the Global SKU Simplification tool.
The role also involves leading a 3PP team of data and analytics specialists and is empowered with cutting edge data crunching skills to deliver above expectations on service levels. This role gives a great opportunity to the incumbent to contribute to I&A priorities around unlocking business value, drive enhanced user experience and insights. The expectations from the role includes working closely with cross functional & continuously improve the Global Product through enriching with Data and ingesting business requirements. This role specializes in driving actions with business teams and is core to driving SKU delisting from the Unilever business.
