How Floor Manager's job looks like?
Floor Manager ensures that the studio always works smoothly, efficiently and according to agreed standards during their shift. Floor Manager makes sure that Game Presenters make-up, general visual appearance and their performance behind the tables are aligned with the highest level of company standards.
Floor Manager is a positive and service minded person and ensures friendly and trustful communication with all team members and departments. Floor Manager will be comfortable with prioritizing and taking responsibility in following:
- You will take team leader role and work with your team members, approximately 12 Game Presenters;
- Overseeing and approving Game Presenter appearance and performance;
- Responsible of break list, appointing tables to Game Presenters and making changes in the break list incase of unforeseen situations;
- Communication with Shift Managers. Giving overview regarding Game Presenters performance during their shift;
- Communication and cooperation with other departments - HR, training, IT;
- Organizing/planning additional training for team members if needed;
- Follow and oversee card shuffling process. Card transportation and shuffling in shuffle room and studio.
Who has the perfect fit?
The ideal candidate will be positive and service minded person, who speaks fluently English and has very good communication skills. You have knowledge in team management or previous experience as a team leader. Working previously in Live Dealer Studio is a huge plus.
As a team lead you are precise and you have good eye for detail, also you know how to give constructive feedback.
You are able to work with full time workload and have willingness to work in all shifts - morning, afternoon, night.
