For one of our partners, an innovative Fintech company focused on digital and block chain technology located in the heart of Tallinn, Estonia, we are looking for a passionate about crypto Customer Support Agent with German.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide product and service information in German;
- Resolve customer problems via phone (inbound and outbound) and email in German;
- Deal with incoming customer inquiries in a professional manner, making sure that all requests are promptly and thoroughly handled.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Short translations, localization and proofreading
- Assisting in the research process of markets, legislation, etc.
Professional skills needed for this position:
- Excellent German, both written and verbal - at least 2 years of extensive usage – preferably in communication with native speakers;
- Very good English;
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing;
- Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
