You will be working across a wide variety of business applications and technology solutions.
In this role, we would expect you to be:
- Able to write SQL queries for ad-hoc interrogation of system databases and data warehouses
- Debug and resolve failed SSRS reports and SQL Server Agent jobs
- Debug and resolve failed SSIS packages
- An analytical thinker and problem solver who works well with other people
- A team player who is adaptable and able to work across multiple product teams
- Able to write, review and take responsibility for clear, concise technical documentation
The role will be predominantly be office/home based. Should you wish, you will have the opportunity to travel from time to time and participate in our international projects.
Qualifications

For this role, we expect:
- 3+ years’ experience using Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong experience using T-SQL and any other programming languages
- Relevant industry experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to extract and analyse data
- Good attention to detail and a result driven approach
- Organised and able to manage workload efficiently
- Track record of providing technical support in a customer facing role
The following would be desirable:
- Experience maintaining databases
- Debugging and compiling PowerShell scripts
- ITIL certification
