Your influential mission:
- Leading tasks and activities of Automation professionals
- Assisting in planning, scheduling, and implementing automation projects
- Evaluating products and systems to determine automation scope
- Leading the implementation of test automation with BDD practices
- Leading the design and development of automation scripts and frameworks
- Reporting to the QA Manager to further model and adjust the automation strategy
- Collaborating with other team leads to expand automation coverage
- Keeping updated with the latest industry developments
Qualifications
This role is meant for YOU if YOU:
- Have previous experience as a Team Lead
- Have 3+ years of experience in Test Automation Tools and Building Frameworks
- Have a deep understanding of web-based technologies, QA tools and processes
- Have a solid scripting capability
- Have a BA/BSc in Computer Science or a related degree
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Dedicated, motivated and reliable team player
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- A great communicator and an enthusiastic approach to testing with a passion to improve
- Deep understanding of web technologies, including web services and RESTful APIs
- Experience using Selenium and building Cucumber frameworks
- Experienced building automated API test suites, using Postman/RestAssured
- Proficiency in Git and continuous integration tools like Jenkins and GitLab
- Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Java
- Have excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Have worked in an environment of continuous integration
