You are likely to succeed if you:

• Can reason the business value of technological improvements

• Understand fundamental design principles for building scalable applications

• Are knowledgeable of the good principles of CI/CD

• Mentor junior developers or would like to have this opportunity in the future

• Can improve the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

• Have experience identifying complex bottlenecks and bugs as well as providing effective solutions for remediation

• Own a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, or a closely related field

• Are proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystem

• Have skills in writing reusable Java libraries

• Are familiar with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful APIs

• Have experience with any frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)

• Are familiar with Docker and Kubernetes

• Have an excellent command of spoken and written Estonian and English.

• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience
