YOUR MISSION

• Conceptualize, plan, execute and implement BI solutions (in conjunction with Data Engineering & Business Units)
• Establish KPIs based on business strategy and needs (to quantify, measure & validate business strategies)
• Create, build and maintain data models, analytics, reports and visualizations thereof
• Collaborate with individual business units to bring a deeper understanding of “the numbers”
• Define standardized business logic for centralized KPI and data analytics
• Coordinate with product/business stakeholders and validate results of the implementations
• Ensure that data-driven monitoring is an integral part of all Holo-Light products
• Being an expert in modern self-service BI technologies, helping all business users build their analytical capabilities to become a truly data-driven organization
• Engage in strategic, cross-functional initiatives where you advise stakeholders on building and applying analytical skills

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness with contacts from the different business/product areas
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and their practical application in iterative and agile projects
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Fluency (written/verbal) in English
• Fluency (written/verbal) in German and/or willingness to learn

Founded in 2015, Holo-Light operates out of their primary offices in Munich, Germany and Innsbruck, Austria. We provide software and technology with a focus on the enterprise sector (automotive, mechanical engineering, aerospace, etc.). With ISAR we provide a SDK enabling the streaming of all XR applications with more performance. With AR 3S we provide the world's most powerful XR software for engineers and designers helping them to visualize and work with complex 3D CAD data in collaborative sessions.
