You will be part of newly established Global Tech Learning & Development Team working across Nordics & Baltics, that will shape the learning culture of If’s Tech community. As a Learning experience designer, you will play a key role in unleashing potential of our employees. You will partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and Capability Centers of Excellence to facilitate people development programs for If Tech employees. The opportunity will also allow you to be creative, strategic, and impactful in shaping the future of learning at If Tech community.

You keep the learners experience in center of everything you do, applying modern design thinking in an Agile environment. You have the ability to freely and proactively collect context, inputs, and priorities from a wide network of stakeholders and business problems and provide data analysis and insights as a result of your findings. Comfortable operating in both the strategic and the operational and can constantly switch between the two.

What you will do:

• Partner with key stakeholders and team members: You will shape the architecture of engaging employee learning experience, that supports a hybrid work environment and Agile ways of work.
• Identify learning needs: You will use human-centered design approach to discover, synthesize and clearly articulate learning needs, with a deep understanding of target audience.
• Translate learning needs into learning solutions: You will research the best – in class learning solutions in the market and build professional network of modern learning content providers.
• Support the delivery of career development programs across the Tech community to help guide employees on ways to develop and navigate their careers.
• Design an engaging learning experience: You will create the learning content, journeys and learning activities in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Manage Learning & Development initiative/campaign execution in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Provide support for leaders and communities of practice, chapter leads, including facilitating workshops and one-on-one guidance.

What we expect:

• Experience in designing and developing learning experiences in a corporate environment.
• Experience with a variety of modern learning methods and channels: case studies, experiential learning, micro learning, videos, social learning, coaching, mentoring etc.
• Experience in practicing human-centered design and Agile ways of work
• Strong project management skills to lead a concept from inception to execution.
• Ability to develop collaborative, productive relationships with business stakeholders.
• Ability to collect context, inputs, and priorities freely and proactively from a wide network of stakeholders and provide data analysis and insights as a result of your findings.
