Revise and develop private property insurance products based on the best customer experience and market practices,
Propose and introduce reasonable solutions in product and processes balancing product risks and customer needs,
Create insurance terms and conditions, guidelines and other product documentation,
Consult and train Sales and Claims colleagues on product details,
Supervise profitable and reasonable growth in responsible products,
Maintain and improve technical solutions for products (Inc. Requirements for IT development, participation during implementation),
Lead and participate in all product and process design tasks in cooperation with Marketing, User experience and other units.

What do we expect from you?

You are

willing to learn insurance and underwriting,
interested to understand customer needs, market trends and drive changes,
eager to help and support in cooperation with others,
used to take ownership and responsibility,
able to work in dynamic environment and keep business focus.

You have

University degree,
good social skills,
analytical thinking and ability to understand basic mathematical concepts,
ability to negotiate and write in English and Latvian.

Experience in insurance area with property insurance, claims handling or in product development, or risk analysis will be considered as advantage.
