Your Move client - Visma, provides software solutions sold to small, medium and large businesses. Solutions with a diverse customer portfolio. Visma Labs is a team of more than 190 talented professionals in Latvia, with developers and support from different countries.

Working in Visma, you will find yourself in a challenging environment that is balancing between finding the best solution for the customer, escalating cases to the next level, applying new solutions, working together with a great team, learning new things every day.

They are now looking for  an enthusiastic and driving Support 1.line Specialist for their Norwegian customers.

In this position, you will have an important and exciting new role, that will strengthen their support team for Norwegian customers. Communication and cooperation is a key factor in this role, because most of your colleagues will work in Norway, on different locations.

Their customers can be municipalities, counties, big private companies, hospitals and other healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reply to inquiries via telephone, e-mail and  web

  • Prioritize queue and direct request to right team in the organization

  • Help support-teams on request

  • Alert support-responsible on critical incoming cases

  • Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken

  • Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research

  • Communicate with support coordinator on each team  regarding status of issues

  • Work proactively with customer support

  • Be a part of our support-teams, be updated and suggest improvements

Job requirements:

  • Strong customer centric mindset

  • Solution oriented and a team player

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English

  • Proficiency in written and verbal Norwegian

  • Previous experience working in Customer Care is considered an advantage
