Job description:

The Estimates Quality Team is looking for the addition of a Content Analyst to the FactSet Estimates Group. A Content Analyst on the Estimates Quality Team must possess superior problem solving and analytical capabilities to assist consultants in their clients’ questions on FactSet Estimates data accuracy. He or she will routinely perform complex financial statement analysis. They are in regular contacts with financial analysts when after their QA analysis, they conclude that the accuracy of broker’s estimates is in question.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing financial statement models to assist in client issues and ensure accuracy of consensus estimates;
  • Analyzing FactSet Estimates consensus information to further understand financial statement modeling specifics and ensure comparability. i.e. extraordinary items and one-time charges, Stock Based Compensation, cash EPS;
  • Using the financial and technical tools at your disposal to find innovative solutions to complex external and internal issues;
  • Providing high-level support to our clients and other employees through knowledge of financial statement analysis and the details of the Estimates Workflow;
  • Performing detailed research and analysis on broker reports for large scale studies of a variety of Equity constituents;
  • Afternoon/Evening shift of 2pm - 11pm to cover American market.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Account, Economics or related field required;
    • Basic knowledge of financial statement framework and terminology;
    • Fluent English is a must;
    • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities;
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
    • Working knowledge of financial markets;
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills;
    • Self-motivated and capability to work independently;
    • Knowledge of database workflows or basic programming a plus.

Job Requirements:

Compensation:

Monthly salary (gross): 1600.00 EUR

Additional information: Starting from gross of EUR 1600.00. The monthly salary is based on the candidate's experience and suitability for the role.
