Account Manager – Localisation Marketing Salary – Between (phone number removed) Euros Dublin Company – This is to work for a Global company which specialise in brand design, localisation and activation. They have a number of offices worldwide including; UK, France, Ireland, Poland, Japan, Asia, Australia and the USA. Working with some major Blue Chip clients in the; Beauty / Healthcare, Beverages, Media and Electronics sectors. Overview: A hands-on, process-driven individual responsible for actively managing production efficiencies, monitoring SLAs, identifying and driving a continual improvement program, and managing a customer focused team of procurement, project management, engineering and localisation. Working with the Account Director to fully support the negotiation and decision making in relation to production destination and expertise. Be instrumental in the decision making for tools and processes to support the digital workflow and the procurement process in all digital formats. The right candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, for translation and engineering over all digital forms Role: Working to a set of clear objectives, the individual will be responsible for the successful delivery of accurate, on time, delivery and maintaining enough resource to suit demand and delivering against budgeted EBITDA and margin levels Working with an overview of Digital team responsible where necessary for monitoring performance levels of the supplier and internal team. Responsible for discussing improvements and supporting initiatives to drive further efficiencies and recognising expansion of services within the supply chain. Excellent customer service levels, proactive management, attention to detail and considerate liaison. The chosen individual must be able to deliver all aspects of the service requirement. Other tasks include: Objective setting, measuring individual performance. You will also be required to ensure you are knowledgeable on the company’s full service offering and remain up to date as this evolves. The individual must be self-motivated and driven and demonstrate that they have a proactive and solutions led style. They need to be analytical. Experience at financial management and control as well as the ability to manage well under pressure and provide a positive and calm environment for your team in these circumstances is critical. Managing and supporting the implementation processes that facilitate the automation of the artworking function and existing o2e processes within the team Requirements: Managerial position Customer service Creative digital agency Technical engineering skills Understanding of html ,video and all digital platforms Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
