Role: Customer Service, Social Media
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £8.21 rising to £8.65 after the completion of training period
Hours: The shift for this role is working 5 out of 7 days including potential alternate weekends, 8am - 5pm, 9am – 6pm, 10am – 7pm and 11am – 8pm (40 hours per week).

This role is extremely varied as once trained, colleagues will liaise with customers via several different platforms (email, social media and taking inbound calls).
Responsible for handling customer complaints and queries ensuring these are resolved in a timely and friendly manner
Dealing with a high volume of queries in a fast paced environment
Follow the correct procedures and processes to find solutions that are have the best outcome for both the customer and company
Process admin tasks
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Organisational skills and the ability to multi task is essential.
Have some experience in a customer service focused role, either face to face or telephone based with proven experience of handling complaints.
Be able to demonstrate strong IT skills
Be flexible and have an adaptive approach to your work.
Can demonstrate a consistent and friendly approach
