Engineer (m/f/d) for Electrical Test Parameter Analysis and Control
Your job:
We are looking for an encouraged and motivated Electronics Engineer or Natural Scientist to support our activities in the Yield Assurance Department in Dresden. You will be a member of a highly-skilled international team working on analysis of electrical test data during technology development and volume production.
As a Yield Assurance engineer, you will monitor inline, electrical and product parameters as well as support the departments Modules and Integration in the release of new tools and processes by analyzing electrical data. Therefore, you will use software applications to analyze the effect of inline parameters and tools on electrical parameter performance and stability.
You will determine the causes of parameter scatter and/or parametric driven yield loss together with Modules, Integration, Test, and Yield Enhancement and jointly develop process changes or work on tool matching improvements.

Your profile:

  • As a qualified engineer or natural scientist, you are passionate about next-generation semiconductor technologies seeking for a challenging task in the field of Yield Assurance.
  • Your knowledge of transistor physics and CMOS fabrication processes allows you to understand the interactions between electrical behavior, test structure layout, and manufacturing processes on a deep level. Preferably, you have experience in statistics and data analysis.
  • You can approach people, form teams to solve a specific issue and are successful in getting the required attention and action for your parametric problem.
  • You are a team player with strong communication and presentation skills who is able to efficiently exchange ideas and share results within and between teams with different technical background - and to present the outcome clearly and concisely to internal and external customers.
  • We expect competence in both, written and spoken German and English as well as solid knowledge in use of standard office software (MS Office, G Suite).
