We are looking for a Process Engineer who is passionate about a technical career in a world leading Group.
Based in Keila, you will be responsible for development projects to improve material, resource, and scrap efficiencies as well as leading Lean projects (e.g. Six Sigma, SMED, KAIZEN). In this role, you will work closely with the operations team and the continuous improvement team in the region to understand and improve our business. The work includes designing, running, testing and upgrading systems and processes, developing best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output etc.
We are looking for the following skills and motivations:
• Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering in relevant area
• A minimum 2 years of experience from similar tasks
• Leadership and communication skills to create and drive a teamwork
• Creative mindset, proactive and innovative approach
• Experience of working in a multinational Company
• Fluency in oral and verbal English and Estonian is essential
