About the role

We are looking for energetic, career minded and ambitious Early Career\Graduates candidates to join Kerry. We offer opportunities on a variety of finance teams including Operations Finance, Commercial Finance and Financial Control with a further opportunity to rotate between the different teams to get a broad understanding of all aspects of the business.

At the Kerry Center in Beloit, we are a leader in taste and nutrition for the global food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry.  We have approximately 700 employees at this location that perform various task such as finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care.  This location is commutable from major cities such as Milwaukee and Madison. If you’re looking to build a career in finance with a team you can have some fun with, we might be the team for you

Key responsibilities

The Financial Team is extremely important to our team and there are a wide range of different Analyst and Accounting roles where you can begin your career with Kerry. A few examples include:


Financial Accountants, who are a business partner to our executive team. In this position, you'll be a member of our Financial Control team and would be responsible for general ledger, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory accounts, projections and budgeting. As a team member, you'll also assist with process improvement and standardization by identifying and implementing changes within finance team to drive control, alignment, and efficiencies.


As a Finance Analyst in our Commercial Division, you'll be a key resource to business unit management in supporting business strategies pertaining to pricing and margin management. We'd rely on you to understand market trends, dynamics, price/volume trends and outlooks to recommend actions that lead to profitable growth. As a team member, you'll support sales/marketing with analysis aimed at customer retention, pricing, business at risk, new business and business lost.


As a Finance Analyst in our Operations Division, we'll rely on you to analyze and record material purchase accruals, inventory adjustments, freight accruals and market adjustments in relation to inventory at manufacturing locations. and provide decision-making support to operations management team by providing accurate financial and statistical data.. As a team member, you'll Develop, prepare and present, mid-year and yearly budget projections along with assisting in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives in the manufacturing facility.


As a Master Data Management (MDM) Finance Analyst, we'll rely on you to Cleanse and enrich current master data across finished product, raw material, customer and vendor which are critical to support business processes. As a team member you'll be responsbile for governing new and change data requests for duplication, completeness, compliance and accuracy. Your team will provide input on data strategy based on insight from the role

Qualifications and skills


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is required
