We are looking for a Sales Manager Meal Solution within Central-Northern Europe to join our Nutrition & Bioscience business. The ideal candidate has a strong background within the Meat-Free and Meat industry with a sound record of accomplishments.
Being responsible for Customers in the Meal Solution field in Central-Northern Europe with focus on Germany
Being First Choice - cultivate and develop relationships with targeted existing and potential new customers to promote DuPont Nutrition & Bioscience as the preferred supplier to the meat-free, plant-based, culinary and food service markets.
Offer technical solutions within customer-driven projects from bench-top to commercial scale levels.
Identify and evaluate new market trends/opportunities and transform these opportunities into new business in order to grow the company’s market share
Work in a matrix organization and ensure to reach or exceed company sales targets
Develop long-term sales plans for key customers, periodically monitor and adapt sales activities for meeting these objectives in accordance with the DuPont N&B industry strategy
Prepare sales forecast, monitor monthly sales volume, revenue and resource spent against forecast in order to identify areas of challenge and develop plans to regain market
Actively promote the company profile at conferences, tradeshows and industry seminars to foster/maintain client relationships and to ensure increase of awareness and corporate identity of Dupont being the leading supplier of food ingredients and solutions.
Establish contact to application and R&D departments as well as to the Division/Business Unit within relevant projects and pricing/market development activities.
Fluent German. English skills on negotiation level
