The Global Key Account Business Coordinator will be supporting a major global Key Account for DuPont and will enable us to fulfil our ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a KA Business Coordinator who has natural flair for commerce, an analytical mindset and a strong interest in creating rewarding relationships, supporting the day to day and future direction of this important global business relationship.

You will be an integral part of the Global Key Account Team, headed by a global key account director, including a sales business developer and global innovation coordinator.  The Business Coordinator has a foundation role; You support the GKA Director, sales business developer, INNO Lead, Client Purchasing and DuPont sales contacts globally.

You will act as an interface between DuPont N&B and the Client with responsibilities including:

  • Day to day global solution provider - assist in solving commercial and operational issues.  Involves a lot of internal and external interaction with all departments (Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, BU, Marketing, Innovation and Applications).
  • Price preparation and supporting the tender process.
  • Business unit link for tender preparation, day to day and innovation support.
  • Analyzing business, price and currency performance on a global and regional basis. 
  • Active in our pricing system(s) along with approval of global pricing.  
  • Part of customer road map strategy together with GKA Director, Sales Developer and INNO lead.
  • Sales force link with GKA Director and BD toward all regions and opportunities.
  • Link toward regional sales leads in all regions, supporting and helping drive the accounts growth strategy.




Job Qualifications


  • Degree qualified or equivalent level of relevant professional experience

  • You will be experienced at providing complex analytical and operational support within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment;
  • Confident with different software applications, such as: SAP, Service Cloud, SFDC.
  • Highly skilled with all MS Office products; MS Excel super user (creation/management of VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • A confident communicator across all levels and diverse geographies
  • Able to provide solutions and work through ambiguity to ensure business outcomes.
  • Able to challenge and manage multiple complex scenarios and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated and excited to support the growth of this successful global account for DuPont.
  • Fluency in English, any other European language is an advantage.
