In the Hurtigruten Customer and Sales Centre in Tallinn, there are over 300 employees from 40 countries. We are looking for a Support Services Fulfilment Specialist
NB! We are looking for candidates with good English skills both in written and spoken communication, additional German, French or Nordic is beneficial.
Your job purpose is to be responsible for performing necessary back-office tasks following created procedures and workflows and delivering based upon those.
Main tasks:
Travel documentation administration - sending invoices, itineraries and other relevant travel documents to all markets via email and post
Back Office tasks related to invoicing
Handling Loyalty Inbox
Supporting the Medical Screening process in cooperation with our medical partner
Service Web bookings (market dependant)
Working with Inside Sales teams globally to support group operations
Handling refund requests
Checking different reports, analysing errors
etc.
