• Actively join TTM project to support RE,FAM,FMEA discussion and contribute for reliability related, support to answer PE and QG questions • Define reliability test plan,test,validation method,release components/appliances based on applaince/component load analysis and market use condition in project or ECRs.follow up the tests status and prepare the verification result • Coordinate and moderate FMEA/PE/EWL • Give technical support to other departments for reliability topic and follow up with close loop • Root cause analysis of functionality deviations from product side, work with manufacturing to identify and reduce defects, deviations from process and test specifications • Ensure the product quality and drive product to fullfill safety requirement • Take in charge of field test(support FT coordinator in project) • Continuously improve EPQ(Engineering Product Quality) process or BES(BOSCH Engineering Sysytem) • Lead product failure problem solving Qualifications 3-5years...
