Conduct extensive market research, analyze product requirements and user experience for service optimization; 2. Attain and distribute product knowledge to C; 3. Collaborate regularly with the product team to develop and introduce offerings product and service with sharpened USP as needed; 4. Develop product strategy based on the prevalent state of eCommerce business, and create product roadmaps; 5. Assist business developers in analyzing all the business requirements and coordinate efforts to increase business.
