Your Move, in cooperation with Printify, is looking for an experienced Merchant Support Manager to join the customer support squad and help them meet Printify's rapid growth targets. Merchant Support Manager will be responsible for designing and managing Printify's support technology stack, to deliver an excellent customer experience as efficiently and reliably as possible.
You will design and manage our support technology stack;
You will build an essential part of overall customer experience and the strategy;
You will identify opportunities to improve the speed, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience of those processes using data and insights;
You will propose improvement recommendations using different toolset, integrations or product redesign;
You will collaborate closely with product & engineering teams to understand the current support process at Printify.
