It represents a rare career opportunity where B2B marketing is fueled by consumer understanding. On this role, you will report to the Director of Category Manager. Main Responsibilities:Challenge yourself and others: Develop understanding of assigned customer brands, strategies and categories. Become the expert for assigned categories through analysis of customer products and brands, growth rates, shares, new product introductions, competitive landscape, category and consumer dynamics. Identify share gaps and business opportunities through in-depth analysis in assigned categories and coordinate with category leadership. Collaborate with sales to ensure category strategies are well represented in Account Development plans. Work with applications scientists to translate marketing concepts and trends into illustrative and relevant product and flavor concepts to present to customers. Improve the efficiency and Work: Develop marketing concepts, tools, collateral and content to guide performance of your assigned category. Develop relationships with selected target Sales Team Members and assigned customers and help coordinate essential customer visit marketing activities. Ensure that customers know and understand our capabilities and how they relate to their product goals. Collaborate with other marketing functions to provide cross-category marketing programs that contribute to the achievement of revenue goals. Use the very best of you: Collaborate with Regional Category and Product Managers, and Functional Heads on commercialization opportunity assessments and delivery of commercialization presentations Prepare capability presentations and promotional material for target customer meetings. Ensure that our products, technology, and concepts demonstrate value to our customers, their brands, and their products. Your professional profile includes: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing would be important, but other business or related fields will also be considered.
