About the role This Finance role supports transformation programs, projects and initiatives across Operations & Supply Chain (OSCO).The position holder works closely together with program-and project leaders to create & validate business cases. He/she also supports the execution of these programs and projects and ensures realization of financial commitments. This Finance Business Partner works with global, regional and local stakeholders across the organization and leads finance projects and initiatives to improve financial performance management and financial results across OSCO and the organization. Key responsibilities include: Support of Operations & Supply Chain (OSCO) transformation programs, projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational and financial performance. Works with project leaders and is responsible for financial deliverables. Performing the program and project reviews and ensures corrective actions are taken as needed to achieve financial commitments. Accountability for the financial performance of the assigned scope along with the respective management team. Proactively providing insights on financial improvement opportunities within functional scope and implements them Support the OSCO leadership team in determining short- and long-term objectives and prioritizes resources based on financial, operational and organizational insights Training, guiding and developing other Finance Business Partners Ensuring integrity and effective financial controls in own area of responsibility About you You have a Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar. You have at least 3+ years of relevant experience as Finance Business Partner in an OSCO/Operations environment Accounting experience IFRS and understanding of the accounting principles relevant for this role You have experience in a multinational company in regional or global Finance Business Partner roles, preferably in B2B / food industries You bring relevant Project management experience You have solid knowledge of ERP systems – SAP knowledge preferred You like operating in a dynamic and changing environment Team spirit to bring together required team members to solve business challenges Effective communication skills ( towards finding solutions You are a proactive professional, you like to push forward the business and are able to communicate effectively. The role will be based in Poland or Wieze.
