As Marketing Manager in our Fragrance division, you will provide competitive-edge marketing to support sales objectives in what is a very creative and sophisticated industry. As you share your market analysis and consumer knowledge, you will be the ‘go to’ brand expert for all our key customer brands and hold vital market knowledge of new fine fragrance launches, classic fragrance history and current product trends. As well as strong brand knowledge and the ability to multitask, the following skills will be required of you: Market intelligence, analysis and trendspotting: identify and create new opportunities focus on key growth fragrance categories (fine fragrance, fabric care and personal wash), conduct gap analyses to effectively identify and communicate opportunities for Business Development for Top Clients and their brands. Be innovative and creative: lead design of marketing programmes to address client needs and differentiate Givaudan. Work with Sales and Evaluation to establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs. Use your writing and storytelling skills to build and execute presentations for client brand incorporating market analysis and new sensorial presentation techniques to reinforce fragrance messages Collaborate on and contribute to marketing programmes: Develop brand strategy and creative concept ideation and work to link client brand concepts to fragrance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: propose licensing and special event/PR opportunities that represent new business. Communicate marketing programmes and messages to all internal commercial and development stakeholders. Research new sources of trend information and analyse new product launch information to understand consumer preferences and trends.
