What you will be doing:
- Taking responsibility across all ongoing optimisation and ensuring the customer journey is as friction-less and enjoyable as possible
- Managing, guiding, and occasionally mentoring a dynamic cross-functional team of analysts and designers to improve our client`s core web platform
- Providing periodic reporting to be shared across the business as well as running update meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Using a variety of methods from surveys and live sessions to long term roadmaps to gauge and enhance customer experience
What you will bring:
- Strong technical background with an appreciation and understanding of web platforms and trends
- Solid knowledge of Conversion Rate, Customer Experience and Search Engine optimisation
- Previous experience of managing ideally cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on goals
- Ability to identify ongoing opportunities to improve our client`s web offerings
- Excellent communication skills to be able to work with a variety of people across different departments
