What challenges do we offer you?
As a member of the Life Insurance cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing existing and new software solutions to support Life Insurance and Property Insurance business needs. Besides development, your will be involved in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of IT systems. Your work will have an impact on Insurance customers all over Baltics.

What do you need to succeed?
We expect you to be a proactive and solutions-oriented person. You have a constant desire to stay on top of technology, share and implement good practices. Preferably you have a master’s degree in IT. As a person, you are team-oriented collaborator, you know how to communicate across organization and succeed with complex projects.
Your skillset also includes:
at least 3-5 years of Java experience, sufficient in guiding less experienced colleagues;
previous experience with Oracle database development (PL/SQL) is highly meriting;
a strong knowledge of object oriented programming;
experience with web frameworks and relational databases;
good communication skills (also fluent in English).
