JOB SUMMARY The technical sales is the expert of one specific category within the Spec & Dec range of products. The Technical Sales Manager is the owner of the projects regarding his/her scope. The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for the creation, implementation and follow up of projects with customers in order to support the sales with an expert eye. The Technical Sales Manager meets with customers, give the support needed on project development and implementation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brings product expertise across different stakeholders, technical, USP’s, MOQ, SLA’s, Pack size, Expert on one specific type of product and brings 360 degree view Acts as the Project Leader for one category of product and owner on customer’s request and project Interface between the market and operations, between stakeholders (internal and external), especially with Customer R&D and Sales Identifies priorities within the portfolio and establishes project’s feasibility Assess route to market/new route to market opportunities Responsible for commercial pipeline and for developing new projects Transposes success stories & sharing best practices (and challenge sales to bring new opportunities) Follows-up and to maintain the "opportunity-list" Promotes standard and tailor made solutions for the specific range of product Visits customers and answer to customer’s request Interface and category home site LMN Works closely with FM & Gourmet, participates to sales meetings, to customers visits Books products within limited scope REQUIRED ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS Masters in Economics/Business/Food Engineering is nice to have 5y+ of experience in Marketing, R&D, Sales Strong Segment insight (market, consumer, customer, retail) is a must. English (full proficiency). Any other European language is a plus. MARKET THE ROLE Any additional details that make this role attractive, key experiences that this role provides (eg: leading a team; leading a transformation; setting strategy...etc). > Develop the Spec & Dec portfolio and product expertise with a specific scope for LMN portfolio with the sales team and the R&D team. Project Leader and set up priorities with project. Develops the portfolio’s projects and strategy.
