Build and maintain a collaborative, positive, insightful and sustainable customer relationship with regional and global key stakeholders at P&G Build the account strategy in collaboration with the Category Platform leaders and the RAM, and execute it to deliver growth, with a focus on defending the existing business and attacking new opportunities proactively with the ultimate objective to be the partner of choice of P&G in the region. Lead the fragrance development programmes (proactive & reactive projects) in collaboration with the platform leaders, the RAM, and development team, to deliver winning fragrance solutions to P&G (delight at the right price), and ultimately drive Givaudan revenue growth at a sustainable margin.
