About the Role: Are you independent, proactive and thinking out of the box and also have high attention to detail while keeping overview of larger picture? Then this Sr. Pricing Analyst position could be a good match for you! In this role you will manage constructive and proactive partnership with all key market stakeholders in the pricing process and also develop and implement EAME Guidelines and Processes. You will also need to strengthen BNL and UK commercial strategy by contributing their strong market knowledge and support and reinforce Business Development in general and in Food Service. You Will: Be the subject matter expert in pricing Perform daily pricing activities and provide pricing recommendations to ensure pricing consistency and profitability according to company's business objectives Be the member of business groups working on tender and core list proposals and participates in negotiation Adherence and enhance defined governance guidelines Support the continued improvement of pricing guidelines, processes and monitoring applications Ensure Data maintenance and quality in all Pricing processes Perform ongoing pricing activities such as computing standard pricing of flavour products, maintaining price lists, providing target costs and price monitoring processes Align target margin approach to regional needs considering global standards; define action recommendations to avoid gross margin erosion Manage annual price increases and adjustments for raw material impacts, manufacturing cost changes or margin improvement on existing products Interact closely with procurement to understand threats and opportunities Ensure Pricing Performance Monitoring together with Partners and Controlling You Have: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Management or similar Business fluent in English and Dutch; any additional language skill is an asset Experience: 4+ years of combined experience in BTB pricing, finance or similar; additional experience in sales, technical or related functions, ideally in the F&F industry is a plus SAP experience (SD, CO, FI) SAP-BI experience Master all relevant pricing mechanisms Experience dealing with complex IT systems Proficient in the applications of the MS-Office world Preferably previous customer interaction experience Experience in cross-cultural / international environment; overseas experience as an advantage Strong market knowledge (customers, segments, market practices) Strong process and project management skills Strong analytical and numerical skills At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.You work within an inspiring teamwork culture – where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions.Join us and Impact Your World Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners.Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world.
