This is what you'll do: Design, develop, test and deploy Data Science and AI solutions Support teams and individuals across the business in identifying impactful opportunities for advanced analytics Own, improve and promote best practices and scientific methods for ML, advanced statistics and predictive modeling Architecture, development and tuning of our Data Warehouse (SQL Server) Design and maintain our ETL processes Creation of appropriate dashboards and inputs, possibly with the help of SQL and VBA Standardization of existing data for further evaluation Support the departments in data analysis as well as in the definition and validation of relevant key figures You will develop meaningful, periodic reports, analyzes, key figures and system evaluations for the investment control during the year You ensure ongoing data management This is what you'll bring to us: Degree in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics or a related field Experience delivering within one of the sub-domains of analytics, such as machine learning, statistical analysis (GLM, Bayesian Models, Non-Parametric Models), forecasting models etc. Experience in data visualization using open source and commercial tools (Power BI and Tableau) Deep interest in data science and the development of machine learning models Strong experience with Python and common machine learning tools Good knowledge of software engineering and database fundamentals You make sense of large data sets by conducting end-to-end analyses including data preparation, model training, and model evaluation You build on modern big data infrastructures to create scalable solutions This is what we offer: Responsibility and decision-making authority from your first day The opportunity to work on challenging tasks that contribute to your professional growth Work independently and as part of a dedicated, international team The opportunity to help shape our company culture Make an impact initiating new ideas Work with and learn from experts in diverse fields Get to know your team members at our exciting company events This is who we are: We are Emma – The Sleep Company.
