Tööpäev tootmises algab iga päev kell 8:00 ja lõppeb kui kõik sama päeva õhtul või järgmise varahommikul väljaminevad pesud on saanud komplekteeritud ja saatmiseks valmis. Talveperioodil (mis veel mõnda aega kestab) on keskmine tööpäeva pikkus olnud 8,5h, kuid suvel võib ette tulla kuni 12 tunniseid tööpäevi. Varasem kogemus pole nõutav, väljaõppe saab meie poolt. Sobiv kandidaat peaks olema heas vormis, tugeva tervisega ja kiire õpivõimega. Oluline on, et kandidaat armastab teha tempokat füüsilist tööd.  Lihtne sinasõprus arvutiga ja eesti keele oskus suhtlustasandil on vajalikud. Research & Development Director, Food Protection and Fermentation Technology   I.         The Role   The Research and Development Director for the Food Protection & Fermentation Group will develop and implement global strategic plans to execute key R&D initiatives. Familiarity with the food ingredient business and relevant regulations is desired. Education   Bachelors degree in Food Microbiology or a related technical degree with a PhD or MS in Food Science, Microbiology or another related technical field preferred.
